Thomas Ladnier dit « Tommy Ladnier » est un trompettiste de jazz américain né à Florenville (Louisiane) en
1900 et mort à New York en 1939 d'un infarctus.
Il a notamment joué avec Fletcher Henderson, Sidney Bechet, Mezz Mezzrow, Noble Sissle, Ma Rainey et
Ida Cox.
Son jeu a aussi été une influence pour Louis Armstrong et King Oliver.
